Leadership Summits

Our leadership summits bring together middle school girls from across Fairfield County for a variety of empowering learning experiences that encourage girls to explore their potential and believe in themselves. All sessions feature a keynote speaker, mentoring, & fun team-building activities. By participating in the summits, girls build community connections and a network of diverse friendships beyond their home school.

Open to grades 5-8 | free of charge | space is limited

Saturday, May 19th @ 10am - noon “Live Kind” Leadership Summit

Learn to connect positively with yourself and others; includes pizza & service activity

Location: Wilton Trackside Teen Center

“This summit was amazing! My favorite part was being challenged by the exercises, because although it was hard, there were girls everywhere you turned shouting encouragement to push through. I also loved hearing the SparkFire Active story. I now believe that if I can make a small positive spark, it will have a ripple effect and create positive change in the world. And it was super fun getting creative to make a video ad!”
— (Ahhsha Crooks, Stamford Boys & Girls Club, 8th grade)

“It was an honor to be part of “Your Voice Matters” leadership summit. I was impressed with the girls’ interest and enthusiasm and your enthusiastic coaching. You certainly have engaged all those young women in meaningful ways to make their voices matter.”
