LiveGirl POWER, a 5-week series that focuses on the importance of respecting your body and nurturing a strong, healthy, self. A trained fitness instructor will provide instruction on yoga, meditation, introduction to strength training, and nutrition. Journals and activity logs will be used as key tools in the class.
Parts of the award-winning GoGirlGo! Curriculum (produced by the Women’s Sports Foundation) will be adapted for this class. Learn more about:
