SHE WORKS mentoring is here to help! SHE WORKS mentors can help you access career navigational tools. SHE WORKS mentors are equipped to help with resume writing, career exploration, interview preparation, and so much more!

SHE WORKS lens is focused on college-aged women who are historically marginalized, specifically young women of color, young women who come from low-income backgrounds, and first-generation college students. LiveGirl welcomes all cis and trans women, as well as non-binary people, who are comfortable in a space that centers on the experiences of young women.
Interested In Meeting with a Mentor:
What do we need from you (mentee)?
A complete SHE WORKS application with as much detail as possible. This information will help us match you with a mentor who is the best fit.
Prompt communication with your mentor via email following the match.
Attend all meetings with your mentor.
Email your mentor at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make the meeting.

Help build the next generation of leaders by becoming a SHE WORKS mentor. SHE WORKS mentors help young women/people explore options after college and prepare them for those goals. To join us, please fill out the form below.

What do we need from you (mentor)?
To be 25+ years of age (younger than 25, please email us at sheworks@golivegirl.org)
Fill out the SHE WORKS application thoroughly.
Introduction meeting with a LiveGirl staff member (meet and greet and mentoring tips)
Minimum 1-hour commitment per month (two 30-minute sessions).
Appropriate correspondence with your mentee to arrange meetings.
Create zoom meetings to meet for your mentee using the LiveGirl zoom account.
Attend scheduled meetings with your mentee.
